Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to you to see if there is a possibility for me to complete a two-month internship at your company. I believe that I am currently working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies at Nottingham University, combined with my practical experience make me an excellent candidate for this position.
My studies have looked into many different aspects in this field, including; mass communication, public speaking, persuasion and attitude change, interpersonal communications, effects of mass media on society and also public relations.
Alongside my studies, my real world experience has helped me to develop strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to multi-task with efficiency, to be organised and punctual whilst having a keen eye for detail.
Throughout my university life, I also have been working part-time.
